Step closer and what? ... with his firearm. And, he's gonna shoot us. The frantic call to 911 by Shelley Zimmerman went on for five minutes. On the call, she says George made several threats, and kept reaching for his gun, threatening to shoot. A gun police would say, hours later, they never found. We never had contact with a weapon. We never, we never touched the weapon, we don't know that there's even a weapon here. She also says, he punched her father in the face, and took her iPad out of her hand and smashed it, and cut it with a pocketknife. All of this playing out, in the front of their Lake Mary home, she says that when police, finally, arrived, they approached George, with their weapons drawn. When we came here. We actually downed him at gunpoint because we thought there was a gun involved. George Zimmerman attorney, Mark O'Mara says, it was a simple domestic dispute over splitting items. And, that at no point, did George Zimmerman threaten his, soon to be, ex- wife with a gun. He says, both parties have agreed not to press charges. There was, absolutely, no threatening with any firearm, or anything like that. Police tell us, no special treatment, because of Zimmerman's notoriety, was given. You got to take what you have. You've got to take the evidence, in its totality.
