So the goal is reducing by 90% the amount of CO2 from our built environment by 2050. We're here at the Empire State Building and it has been an amazing example of how you can retrofit and existing old building but to make it in tireli energy efficient. They have replaced all the windows for example to ensure that they are not leaking heat in the winter cool air in the summer. They have ended up among other measures saving 57% on their energy use which of course means that they're saving a lot of money as well over four and a half million dollars a year. I think they safe. And they continue to improve which is part of the lesson of this is that it's not just one thing. It's a series of things. So, you know, whether they have energy efficient boilers of the boiler room or whether they are replacing windows or whether they are using the motion of the elevator to be able to store energy all sorts of different ways that they have been able to be an example. Often the the installation of efficiency cost money upfront even though you save over the Long Haul what the administration has done is try to reduce the cost for everyday citizens, but particularly for people in poor communities. We're doing tenfold increase to be able to weatherize everyday citizens cause we're bending on rebates for people who want to install energy-efficient appliances. So for example heat pumps to replace an HV AC system or an induction stove to replace a gas stove when those breakdown the states are all in the lead on how they do their rebate programs New York is the first one out of the gate to be able to be awarded the funding for their rebate program. We're leaving in an encouraging states to get their applications in want this to be the summer of rebates not just in New York, but in other places around the country, there's an income cap on the rebates, but there's not an income cap on tax credits. So anybody can right now install energy-efficient appliances or insulation or Windows or doors that prevent them from leaking out energy and get a 30% tax credit. Change how your light bulbs to do LED lights to put insulation in your home. If you have ceiling fans reverse them in the summer so that you are pulling up the hot air and keeping the cool air down. If you just do some basic stuff like that basic weatherization of your home.
