## Transcript

Just because you're in charge of something, doesn't mean you always use it correctly. IE Twitter CFO, Anthony Noto who accidentally disclosed just enough info to get analysts talking. In what he thought was a private message, Noto twitted to his nine thousand plus followers. I still think we should buy them. He is on your schedule for December 15th or 16th. We will need to sell him. I have a plan. And with that cue the speculation about Twitter's next buy. Rumor is that you have a meeting at Twitter, on December 15th and 16th. Your in the cat first seat Wow. Congratulations Any guesses which company he's talking about here?

He recently followed a lot of people at Mike I hope its Yelp, I hope its home, away, you know maybe its price line. I don't know. One possible clue, the most recent Tweet favorited by Noto before whole [ UNKNOWN ] unfolded. Belong to to Snapchat CEO Evan Spiegel, who just last year, lest we forget, reportedly rejected a 3 billion dollar buyout offer from Facebook. Though this could be purely coincidence, as Noto simply favorited a picture of a dessert cake, after all. And Re / code says at this point there could be any number of potential companies Noto hinted at in the flood tweet including Shots, Storehouse, Mike news, and Secret to name a few.

The tweet was quickly deleted, but that didn't stop media outlets from latching on to Notos ironic misfire. Ad Age said it's the Twitter higher ups mission to better explain the company's product potential to Wall Street. And yet, even they sometimes have trouble using the service. And a Forbes contributor tweeted, rumor is that Twitter is in talks to buy company. That would significantly reduce the number of user DM fails. And a writer for Recode went a little tongue and cheek as well. Telling her own company's CEO not to sell and to, quote, hold out for more. At any rate, there's now certainly plenty of hype, albeit unintentional hype, for a potential new Twitter acquisition come mid- December
