For your late night highlight, Jennifer Hudson hates American Idol? Hudson got her start on Idol in 2004, but told Andy Cohen about the night she was eliminated. I was like, I will be back. I don't know when, I don't know how, I don't know where. But I will be back. And I recall the producers laughing, and. Hm. Wow. Here I am. [ NOISE ] Yikes. J- Hud had also addressed those rumors that she would be coming on to judge the show. Never, no discussions about it? That was rumors. So, yeah. She was not gonna do that. [ MUSIC ] Still, Hudson has appeared on Idol since. She sang with Candice Glover on last season's finale.
