In the case of the current consular situation [ INAUDIBLE ] continue to defend them, stand up for them, to ask for more information on the charges being brought forward, or the reasons for detention. And we will continue to engage on a case- by- case basis in a thoughtful way on Any consular cases that come up. We have to remember there are tens of thousands of Canadians who live, travel, work in China in any given year. There are obviously regular situations where Canadians require Consular assistance. We are of course taking any and every situation Seriously, as we always do. But we are looking into the details of this most recent one that doesn't seem to affect the pattern set by the previous two.

But we'll have more to say As we collect the facts on this issue. Our primary and single minded focus is always what is in the best interest of Canadians? And particularly what is in the best interests of the Canadians being held or in particular difficulties. Political Political posturing or political statements aren't necessarily going to contribute. In some cases they might, in other cases they might actually hinder efforts to secure Canadians' release. We are gonna take every situation carefully and seriously in how we move forward And we'll continue to do that in a way that we demonstrated in the past, being thoughtful and focused on the ultimate outcome which is getting Canadians out of the difficulties in which they find themselves
