## Transcript

Welcome to the PageCast. It's Wednesday, September 24th. I'm Mark Halperin in Gotham City with your three things to watch for in politics today. First, what is President Bush [ unk ]-- trying to sell his bailout package on Capitol Hill. His audience primarily at this point, Republicans, but he's gonna need some Democratic votes as well. Watch to see what the White House strategy is there. Second, watch John McCain, what decisions does he make about how to approach the emerging deal, if McCain endorses the bill or probably pass if he doesn't, it probably won't with a lot of power for John McCain.

Watch to see how he wields out in a year from his New York City schedule. And then finally, Sarah Palin sitting down with Katie Couric of CBS News, watch to see how that-- what comes out of that interview, how she does, what kind of questions get asked, and what the fallout is. Those are your three things to watch for in politics today. You can get all the political news all the time right here on The Page. For now in Gotham City, I'm Mark Halperin. Thanks for watching the PageCast.
