## Transcript

United We allowed protesters ample time to leave the area and total there were six dispersal announcements before I officers took action many complied and left the encampment area those who did not comply were arrested a total of 33 arrests were made this morning for charges including unlawful entry which is often called trespassing in other jurisdictions and an assault on a police officer since the start of the enchantment on GW campus on April 25th at Metropolitan Police Department has porting GW and assessing and monitoring the person limit activities. They began very peacefully, but over the past few days.

We began to see an escalation in the Box Hilti of the protest at GW as the encampment was being cleared additional protesters arrived outside of our perimeter these individuals engaged our officers at 20th Street and Pennsylvania Avenue. Our officers did deploy pepper spray and some of the 33 arrests were made at that location. I cannot tell you I'm that's the president. Decision to determine if she will allow our protest in other areas of the campus. But as of the area that we have now this secure there will be no protests in that area. On behalf of a large growing number of concern GW parents we send in.

The dirty with our children and the students who have risked their education careers and safety in order to peacefully exercise their first amendment rights opposed that Israeli government's ongoing genocide do more crimes than Godzilla and call on their universities to divest from Human Rights abuses against the Palestinian people when our children considered which universities will attempt to encourage them to choose GW. As their second home to get the best education possible and to be treated with the highest degree of respect. The GW Administration strongly highlighted its support for diversity free speech and activism but the administration disgraceful response to the peaceful empty genocide fruit process shows that those words are mere lip-service.

Actions speak louder than words and the university has revealed its true values that University this morning so that they would rather Unleashed brutal police force upon our children, then treat them with respect and you go she ate with them in good faith. University clearly does not value the students at all. And has endangered the safety of our children by unleashing officers dressed in full riot gear to a soloist and spray our children and there are guys with pepper spray. The parents would no longer be silenced and celery the gross mistreatment of our children by the university leadership University leadership has lost all chances to make up for their previous mistakes there for the parents demands that the university secure the resignation of President Granberg Andrew boss Christopher Allen racing.
