## Transcript

This is a man that smokes Marlboro cigarettes. What kind of a man is he? I'm a guy who likes to work on my car. [ MUSIC ] Now when I go to public places that don't allow smoking, I can whip out my Blu and know that I won't scare any guys away. [ MUSIC ] The e- cigarette market is valued at $ 2 billion. With United States accounted for a quarter of all sales. [ MUSIC ] Negative one. I'm tired of being a walking ash tray. negative, too. I'm tired of feeling guilty every time I want to light up. [ MUSIC ] The science would certainly suggest that these products are less bad for you for cigarettes, though still more work needs to be done.

[ MUSIC ] It's the wild, wild west. It's buyer beware. It's going in all different directions and there is absolutely no regulation of manufacture, sale or distribution of these products. [ MUSIC ] A 40 % tax is gonna kill small businesses. It's also gonna kill the huge wholesalers that we have in the U. S. that employ a lot of people.
