[ MUSIC ] There are ten villages in Columbia. They have grown throughout the years. Columbia will be 50 next Next year. You really see quite an investment in our values. That diversity, that inclusion. Where you'd see the millionaire, and the thousandnaire, and the hoping one day to be an naire living all next to each other in the same community. [ LAUGH ] I think there are so many different opportunities here to Get just about everything that you want. And we're about 10 or 15 minutes from Baltimore and then 10 or 15 from DC. We have everything from restaurants, to malls, to sports. Everything you possibly wanted in a community, you can find here.

We've got pathways and trails all throughout Columbia. So that you can't just have a leisurely Sunday walk with your family. It was founded and was built and was planned to be a real community. Even down to the mailboxes, which are community mailboxes where you wanna get your mail, you come out, you say hi to your neighbor, and maybe you talk about what's going on. And we have people here who Care so much about their community, which isn't just the buildings, or the park, or the school system. But it's really the people. [ MUSIC ]
