>> I'm Monique Lamoureux.

>> I'm Jocelyn Lamoureux, US Women's hockey, and this is my second Olympics.

>> Playing with my sister, there is a lot of ups and downs, but we have that built in accountability to be able to play with your best friend everyday.

>> What we would say to each other, we probably say a little bit more nicely to a different teammate. I guess it's just this sibling thing. It's, you know, you just kind of nitpick and you argue and you bicker, but it's gotten a lot better.

>> It makes our situation very unique and our dream has always been to do it together and so to be on the team together for this long is definitely a part of that dream and it makes it very special for us.

>> She has been my training partner for my whole life, I guess. My entire life, and we've been on every team together and so to have her along the ride makes my experience definitely more enjoyable.

>> Most people don't really understand how you could be disappointed with a silver medal, and obviously that's a huge accomplishment, but for us, we trained for a gold medal and our goal is to go to the Olympics, but to also be a gold medalist. It's simple and anything less than that is gonna be disappointing, but the taste of winning the silver in Vancouver is still there and it lingers.

>> But when you train and you put so much effort into it and don't quite get that goal, it's that feeling of coming up short.

>> We have very high expectations as a team. Gold is what we have in our sight, but we understand that it's a process, and it's been a 4- year process and we've set goals along the way, and you're not just gonna show up in Sochi and expect a gold medal. There's been a lot of moving parts and a lot of hard work that's going on. What gets me out of that is the thought of losing another gold medal. I mean there's no worse feeling.

>> I know the Olympics comes around every four years, but for us, the Olympics is everyday and you have to train for it every single day and you have to work for it and so it's-- it's been a long process and so to know that I'm gonna get out of bed and I'm gonna do what I need to do today to get better and get myself one step closer to accomplishing my goal and our goal as a team. And when you pick your ball like that, it's not hard to get out of bed that day.
