I am not a dictator. I'm not a dictator. Same sentiment. Completely different, Tom Burke. I'm the president. So I'm a man with great common sense. And I'm a smart person. So why does the split screen have so much of Washington taking a pause? For President Barack Obama, it was a moment of humility. Mitch McConnell or John Boehner say we need to go to catch a plane. I can't have Secret Service block the doorway. But for President Donald Trump, it was a flex. He's a dictator. He's a dictator. A lot of people are saying, maybe we like a dictator in New York. It's in the last week alone, Trump has dispatched roving armed patrols of Washington, and he has suggested Chicago and New York are next.

He sacked the office of the first term national security adviser turned president. Critic tried to fire the Federal Reserve governor, a move destined to face a test in courts. He once again detained an immigrant who was wrongfully expelled to El Salvador, ordered a wide ranging review of the Smithsonian museums and exhibitions. He may even rename the Kennedy Center in his honor. And just for good measure, the Trump administration announced it was taking an $11 billion piece of chipmaker Intel on behalf of the American people during the early leg of his campaign in 2023. He hinted his dictatorship would be efficient.

He says you're not going to be a dictator, are you? I said, no, no, no, other than day one, we're closing the border and we're drilling, drilling, drilling. After that. I'm not a dictator. Obama is mocking his critics when he said that he was no dictator. Trump. He was trolling.
