I was public advocate for teen pregnancy prevention. >> America has been fascinated by a summer of reality series involving dancing with their stars and her daughter Bristol and Sarah Palin's Alaska and a brand- new best- selling book. She seems to be everywhere and the big question that looms over all of this is, is Sarah Palin gonna run for President. At the end of the 2008 campaign she was the vice presidential nominee. Therefore you know it was always, you know, talked about. Maybe she would run for President in the next time around. That's sort of the classic traditional path that many of the former VP candidates would take. Her prescription was go home to Alaska. Read a lot, you know, sort of dig in deep on issues, court the establishment, come and do fundraisers for us and things like that, which is certainly the path that some of the others have taken. Palin on the other hand quit governor, didn't bone up on a lot of on briefing books or policy, didn't pass any legislation when she got home and has instead become this sort of fascinating character. Nobody should underestimate Palin's Twitter's or Facebook post because they have the power at any given time to completely highjack the cable net news cycle, ruin the White House's day and change the dynamic of, you know, what everyone is talking about in Washington. >> Okay. >> This is the most dangerous move we've done so far. >> Yes. >> TLC Show is like a giant political infomercial for her. I mean I think it actually helps her enormously because she's very at ease. And she's-- I mean look. She's got this amazing Q- pushing. When TV calls Q- pushing, it's this likeability and the lens just sort of loves you and I think that show goes towards that. It's this sort of people are fascinated by her and that only helps and it portrays her in a great light. >> A couple of more inches and I can have my knee on it. A little bit more. Okay. >> We're almost there, honey. >> Oh, God. >> Todd is the center of the universe as far as the, you know, everything is concerned to what he is involved in every decision. He's Mr. Mom. He is royal consort. He's the CEO for Sarah Palin, Inc ., and he listens in to every interview. He is there helping her set up for new TV appearances and the studio that Fox built in their house in Alaska. If Palin does run in 2012, I think that she starts off with a bunch of natural advantages that others in the race don't have. First of all she's got celebrity. She doesn't have to worry about name recognition or explaining, you know, where she's coming from. She also is very popular with debates. I mean frankly she's much more popular than the other person who we know is probably gonna run for President and that's Mitt Romney, and there's a lot of people who question Mitt Romney as, you know, is he really Republican because he comes from Massachusetts. With Palin there's no such questions.
