## Transcript

What I would say to people who want to do business in Holland, is it's one of the easiest countries in Europe to do business with for a number of reasons. We're a small country, therefore historically it always had to be open to the outside world. We always had trading in our country. You'll be surprised about the language skills of the Dutch people. Everybody, the men on the street speaks his English which makes international business do, doing international business very, very easy. I would say the second thing is that the Netherlands does have a good infrastructure, although also our motor ways tend to get clogged, but in general, we have a good infrastructure, and it works.

And for example office rental rates are by far not as high as they are in some of the big metropolis in Europe. So there is a availability of group infrastructure. There is good office location. And there is, there is a, a supportive climate for inward investment the thing that that we still work on in the Netherlands, but that's, that's almost universal. There is simply too much red tape anywhere in Europe, also in the Netherlands, too much regulations that you need to fill. We've looked at time to set up a business, for example if you go through all the process, that we're not one shortest in Europe.

So you have to buy it with a little bit of bureaucracy I guess still. Uh- huh. But otherwise as, as a, as a lending base in Europe, as a, as a place to go out in the world, I think Netherlands is a very easy country to do business.
