I was at home, you know relaxing and I started seeing Twitter kind of going off and I was like, I'm not sure if this source is credible and not sure if it was and I fought until a time and then it's all Frances Fisher pasta and the wga congratulate off and I was like, oh my goodness and my Captain's chest started going wild. I was really excited. Turn around 5:00. We are talking and summer is like there's a deal and it's like oh my God, and then we wait until it came in and we are like really really happy. Really happy I was like, yes, but we found out that we had a deal and yeah, I was basically done for the night and then we found out about that and then you know I said we had put into the negotiating committee all came to fruition and you know, if it was a great feeling to know that we were able to cut a deal with a very clear message that unions work labor movement work. It was a hot neighbor summer turned into a hot labor and now, you know, we can do it this app weather like keep going unionize if you're not they work because we are the people who make business has moved if the people on the ground May criticism and You know any other labor movement that are going on with the for so long process but I feel really excited that we have reached this point that today after 118 days on strike. We finally have an agreement is an agreement that our members can be proud of I'm certainly very proud of it. So I think our members as we are able to release more of the details of it will look at them and say this is something that was worth being on strike for and argument has helped protect our future and really as someone who's committed to being part of the labor movement. That's what it's all about. I was one of the more challenging Topics in this negotiation from the very beginning I think because it's not a topic that everybody necessarily is fully conversant in and it also is something that has involved even while we've been in this negotiation process the capabilities of generative a high schools have expanded dramatically. So we have really been focused on making sure that the guard rails that we negotiated for where you know, where future-proof Play Future resistant so that as we went through not just the term of this contract, but afterwards these progress we continue to be effective in protecting our members and they are centered around informed consent and fair compensation. And I feel very confident.
