But as I say, I'm gonna be nice tonight. I've changed. [ LAUGH ] Not as much as Bruce Jenner, obviously. [ LAUGH ] Now Caitlyn Jenner, of course. What a year she's had. She became a role model for trans- people everywhere. She's showing great bravery, and breaking down barriers, and destroying stereotypes. She didn't do a lot for women drivers. But. [ APPLAUSE ] You can't have everything, can you. As women in Hollywood, people have a lot of preconceived notions about us. Yeah. They're just like oh, Jenny, you're so pretty and. Everyone likes them and wants to hang out with them and like they seem so fun to be around and like ooh they should be models.

Like. [ LAUGH ] Here are some highlights from Trainwreck. And here are some highlights from Joy. [ APPLAUSE ] [ MUSIC ] [ APPLAUSE ] Yeah. I love seeing Ricky once every three years, cause it reminds me to get a colonoscopy. [ LAUGH ] [ APPLAUSE ] [ APPLAUSE ] [ LAUGH ] Well, if you'd left your drink, you don't need to leave your drink here. I'll put you to sleep another way son of a bitch .

>> I could go through the entire cast, because you're so talented and because of you, I was able to shine I guess. So thank you for sharing your talent with me. I wanted to be an actress before I wanted to be a signer, but music worked out first. [ LAUGH ] To my family. My mother, my father, my sister Natalie. I love you so much. I have to thank my team. Every time im up here it is because of you. Thank you for choosing me thank you for your brilliance thank you for teaching me so much professionally personally I dont know. Your love of cinema is so pure and you're so untainted by all of this that you make movies like you dont even care If anyone ever sees them and your heart, I mean that as a compliment, I just heard it.

[ LAUGH ] But really, it's such a good, pure thing. This film was about survival. It was about adaptation. It was about the triumph of the human spirit, but more than anything, it was about trust. And there is no one more deserving of that trust than our director Alejandro Inarritu. Thank you for allowing me to be a part of this journey with you. Your leadership, your vision, your acute attention to making every day so visceral and real for us. I have never had an experience like this in my entire life.
