## Transcript

As a blessing was before the pandemic, a lot of teachers would come up to me and I don't know what you're doing for free at no cost for my classroom, but I'm not text Savvy like you, but I love the pandemic. I don't get teachers. Who said, come and tell me or complain anymore anymore. What is everybody? Thanks to the pandemic knows how to use, zoom knows how to use, Microsoft teams are not allowed to use Skype. Through the hundreds of thousands of calls. We help facilitate in classroom all across the United States of America, run a scholar, or a teacher, which is after me from small-town, Arizona are Alaska.

And then she's like, this was the best teaching day. I had in my entire year. My Scholars were so hyped up to meet somebody from Switzerland that I have. Those are the kinds of messages that I'm rooting for in every classroom because we can all talk about the bad and the horrifying, and a nature of the pandemic and what it do to a profession, but let's talk about the positives. And let's talk about this black thing that we found in the middle of chaotic 2 years that you have of this pandemic. Because we were not ready. Technology was not ready. Know we got you and your mother resources in the district, but then for us to transition from, you know, what we were doing to what we are doing now, it was a huge shift.

So, yes, me to take a step back and said, okay. What's a true priority right now? So my priority became how do I adjust myself to online teaching? Because he is going to happen and the students did it and they want to water the state-level district-level, but I told them that, let's not stress about that right now. Not that, not that you're not going to do it. It's about now knowing how to adapt to this new plant from teaching during the pandemic. I'd say it. It made me realize that or that we said that we couldn't do a lot of things. But we did it anyways. And that means that we have the capacity to make real-life transformative change throughout our systems.

Both at the, the like the Commonwealth. And at this like a local school district, because we if we did it, then we can do it now and we need to continue to push that forward.
