Rice said in July, his actions were inexcusable. Incidents the commissioner says he'll work to prevent. I think we can make some changes and I think they'll be positive in the domestic violence and sexual assault areas, child abuse areas, those are things that we think we can make a big difference on at some point. A White House official tells CNN the league needs to quote, get a handle on the situation. Since so many people look up these players as role models.

The military is also looking into its relationship with the NFL.
