## Transcript

>> Greetings, from Northern California. Recently, a couple of products arrived in the Quittner household that are very, very similar.

>> Both of these cameras shoot high definition video, which means you get super crisp, really brilliant looking images that you can edit on your PC.

>> Both of them have this switchblade style USB ports. Take this.

>> How are we gonna tell them apart? Which one should you buy? I decided to ask my daughter Clementine and her best friend Katy, because really there's no better way to put technology through its paces than to [ unk ] a couple of 11- year olds.

>> Cleme's gonna use the Mino, and Katy is going to use this Kodak.

>> What's up Ken? There's something I should tell you. I'm not ready for this kind of commitment yet, so please can we just gonna slow down?

>> Carrie, no!

>> You're not gonna make this easy for me are you

>> Carrie please just be with me.

>> So, how did these camera do? Oh! My crash testers found out that indeed they were very, very similar. Not only do they look the same but they behave more or less the same. You're not gonna win any Oscars for cinematography but in the other hand you got a pretty good, pretty good video from both of these cameras. The real measure of course is ease of use and convenience for a pocket sized cam corder, and based on that my crash testers found that the ones who are a little bit hard to understand where the Mino HD just got that one little red button, the other thing is this is slicker and smaller than this.

So, well this was actually a little bit hard to see even for 11- year old are eyes than this was, this is something that's gonna go in my pocket and go with me everywhere. Where this is just a tiny bit too big, a little bit too clumsy. So I'm gonna have to give the endorsement in this case to the Mino HD as the pocket sized HD cam corder of choice for Quittner household.

>> You're the one for me.

>> What?

>> I think I'm in love with you.
