We're people first, we're officers second, and that we have to look at it from the human aspect. When people are doing their best and showing up and being required to do something and they're doing it, then they should be paid for their labor. It is very difficult to, you know, choose between your civic duty or your hungry child looking at you in the face. So I do think that it probably, as long as this goes on, that people were going to start to call out, more people are going to start to look for work elsewhere because we are considered essential employees. We're expected to legally to show up for work regardless. And so in order for people to go get other jobs, they have to have a clearance or approval for that.
