We've created something called Quick Board to enable really quick replies to messages that you're getting.

The clock is the center of the universe and the apps you frequently use, you might put around the clock here and you can arrange this how you like. But I can pan just by simply swiping on the screen here. We've also been working to enable third party developers to extend their apps to Apple Watch. It's amazing.
