-[ Unk ] the King of Revenge Porn, Hunter Moore the creator of an infamous Revenge Porn Site may soon have a new title, convicted felon. The 27- year old Californian has now been arrested and indicted on 15 federal charges. Stemming from his now default website, is anyone up? Moore told ABC News in 2012, " The site was a place for people with a grudge to embarrass their former lovers ."

While unsavory Moore's operation was completely legal just like Facebook or Twitter, the site's user contract indicated the liability for posting material fell on the user, not the website itself. Well, that is until he was accused by the FBI of hacking into email accounts and stealing nude photos for himself to post to the site.

Something Moore knew was illegal according to a 2011 email between him and his alleged hacker Charles Evans, who was also arrested and indicted on charges relating to hacking. According to Federal Investigators, Moore paid Evans somewhere between $ 200 and $ 900 per week for hacked photos. If the accusations proved true, it will be difficult for Moore to deny any wrong doing which he has vehemently done before and after he shut his site down in 2012.
