## Transcript

[ MUSIC ] Shoe shine today, fellas? Business is very slow here as you can tell and today has been a blessing. [ MUSIC ] I've been doing this here actually since 1974. This is my first convention. Came out here as a guest of the former Secretary of State Scott Gessler of Colorado. Best weather of any of the 11 contentions that I've been to. I'm a teaching assistant for a class. Studying the presidential elections and the conventions. I'm a political operative so I come to all of the conventions. Are you a Republican or a Democrat? Democrat. I really didn't know what to expect. Even though I did expect snobs.

I really did. But they were very nice people, very nice. Donald Trump I was not a firm supporter of his and I'm still not a firm supporter. He wouldn't have been my first choice. I think he's a **** hole [ LAUGH ]. I would have been hoping yeah that we could have done something to get rid of Trump as the nominee. I believe that in my heart he will not Make it. There's too many people out here that he done offended. Donald Trump won it fair and square. And he deserves the nomination, he earned it. But I believe that we have to stop Hillary. I don't want to do his shoes anymore. This is just like a barber shop or a beauty salon.

Y'all women go into y'all beauty salon. Y'all start talking and Personal stuff. Okay, me I'll do the same thing. I'm just the ear. [ MUSIC ] I happen to be an openly gay Republican and now I've actually endorsed Gary Johnson. For as much as Donald Trump has, you know, kinda shaken things up, he's also brought a lot of new people into the party. I think his tagline Let's make America great again is spot on. We need to come together and we need to win this election. Thank you. These shoes have never looked so good. Ever, including when I bought them. [ LAUGH ] Bye- bye. [ LAUGH ] [ BLANK_AUDIO ]
