[ MUSIC ] There are a couple things that are very simple to do, yet very impactful to your happiness gage in retirement. One is to have a plan. So importantly, sit down with an advisor or planner or a friend or perhaps your employer and come up with a savings plan and a plan for your retirement needs. Think about the healthcare that you might need in retirement. Certainly learn about Medicaid, Medicare depending upon your situation in retirement. Also, begin to establish your social relationships again. Maybe, think more, do more planning with your husband. Or maybe take some more trips with your spouse or significant other.

We establish our quantities with friends. Think about also how you can manage your expenses because we know a lot of retirees that have given us feedback that they have found very innovative ways of enjoying things that they really enjoy, but not at the expense level and maybe took samples One is a good friend, does a lot of volunteer work at a local theatre. She sees all the shows for free and has that wonderful opportunity to do that in her retirement. Another is a gentlemen that we know started recently to work at a golf club and he plays golf frequently during the week for free. So there are ways to be very savvy about Saving and managing expenses, and enjoying your retirement fully.
