And we are just now arriving at this point. [ INAUDIBLE ] Bonneville set the land speed record for the world's fastest hot tub. [ MUSIC ] It's a fully functional hot tub inside of a fully. Functional automobile. The car is 20 feet long. Water heats up from, tap water temperature to 102, 103 degrees, in about 35 minutes. The car's curve weight is about 4600 pounds when it's empty. When it's full, probably up around 9, 000 pounds. But we've got a pool pump pack there. And we have a spa filter. We have an overflow tank so when people get in the tub ,. That tank will recycle back into the tub and fill it back up. We built the very first one in 1996 and it was the only one that we worked on for the next three or four years. What we wanted to do was take that first prototype, and we wanted to do it right. The Carpool Deville that's parked behind me is a 1969 Cadillac Deville that Phil and I purchased off of Ebay for $ 800 in 2008. And then spent the next six years. Turning it into the Carpool DeVille. We were totally naive when we first bought the car. We bought the car in 2008. We thought we would be ready to race it at Bonneville Salt Flats for the Atlanta speed record in 2009. Like, sure, a year. How long can it take to restore a car and put a hot tub in it? By June of 2009, we were still building the tub let alone fixing the car up. This year we're, like, you know, let's try a Kickstarter and see if people go for it. So we made this two and a half minute video that explained the car. And it took off. So it's just been amazing that all around the world, people just can't seem to get enough of the hot tub car. So the goal is to have a verified record for the world's fastest hot tub, as of right now where we sit, our plan is we're gonna run this car. We figure we'll get people's GPS running on their phones, we'll put those in the car, we'll set some guys up at a mile marker with a stopwatch and we'll record. A land speed record for the worlds fastest hot tub. No one's gonna stop us now.
