## Transcript

A 28- year- old man has been arrested in the road rage killing of a recent high school graduate in suburban Philadelphia. 18- year- old Bianca Roberson was found dead with a gunshot wound to the head in late June. According to CBS Philadelphia David Desper turned himself in to authorities with an attorney on Sunday. Desper has been charged with first and third degree murder in [ INAUDIBLE ] death. He remained in custody without bail. CBS Philadelphia reports. According to Chester County District Attorney Tom Hogan, Desper was upset because the teen was trying to merge and would not let him into the lane.
