## Transcript

Today the prosecution informed the court that they declined to further prosecute the case against Siti Aisyah under Section 254 of the CPC, which means they are no more interested to continue with the prosecution of Siti Aisyah. So on this court, Siti Aisyah has been discharged from the court today And we are grateful that the public prosecutor has in fact come to this conclusion, because we still truly believe that she's merely a scapegoat and she's innocent. As we've already submitted much earlier in the day, even though defense has been called Was the fact that there was no evidence that she applied anything on Kim Jong- Nam.

As you can see from the CCTV recording, what was purely found was merely traces of degrading products of VX And that alone is very circumstantial and the fact that the prints that were found did not have the DNA of Siti Ayesha. And also the fact that the shirt, the entirety of the shirt was not properly preserved.
