[ BLANK_AUDIO ] I think that one very encouraging but perhaps not as encouraging as it sounds at first blush is when we look at younger women and millennial women, their earnings in many cases are on par Near to par wherein some professions even make more than men of comparable experience and educational background. I think that and at least see this in our office with some of younger colleagues that there is the assumption that this will be what life is like forever. And the truth is that we have started out as near equals for a very long time. And what happens is, over the course of a career, things happen.

There maybe, that we slow down in our careers at a certain point, either care for children or to take care of aging parents, some of us take some time out of the workforce. There are also a number of other things, that I think that we don't take into account. There is the fact that we tend not to negotiate salary as frequently as men do, and when we do negotiate, we routinely ask for less. So that contributes to the earnings gap. So, that's a very important generational thing that I think sometimes younger people just think that the status quo which seems so very promising will be forever and I hope things change and maybe it will be but we have to take into account that that That's not the way the world works so far.
