## Transcript

Hello. My name is Jesse Eisenberg and I was in the movie The Social Network. I saw the play last month at-- and it was a one- man show by a writer I like, a great-- an actor and it was Michael Shannon. He's a great actor in-- either in movies and television, and it was a one- man show but it felt-- you know, is that you're watching a full-- complicated ensemble piece because the actor was able to make the show so dynamic and complex. Even though he was the only of the person onstage, you'd be able to believe that there were so many people in the character's life. You know, when I was younger somebody introduced me to Woody Allen movies in like the late 80's and early 90's when the acting style that he requested was I thought very unique, it was very naturalistic.

The characters didn't have traditional moments of redemption or even traditional storylines or, you know, journeys which is-- they appeared to me the way I see people in kind of more authentic versions of life appear, as opposed to what you-- what you traditionally see in-- from the movie character.
