And this goes specifically to the investigation into the bombings and whether or not we considered those to be terrorism at the time, and where I stand now on the issue and the comments that I've made to that point. I guess I'll start off with, when we were in the middle of this investigation, And we really were trying to track down a person who was terrorising our community and had murdered and created serious injury across our community. I was very very focussed on the investigation. Focussed on identifying the suspect and putting a stop to the violence. And that was my focus along with our Federal partners. And we did have discussions at that time, because at that time, we were focused on the investigation working towards what criminal charges might look like if we apprehended the offender or offender's alive and ended up in either a local or a federal court And there are very specific definitions for terrorism in federal law, and we were addressing that at that time during the investigation. Because again, we were focused on putting a stop to the violence, and to the death, and to the serious injuries that were occurring. I've had time now, little over a week, really to reflect on the impact Impact that this has had across our community. And in hearing feedback and hearing stories, and really understanding what happened, and the level of terror that was created across our community, which we did identify throughout this, that he was causing terror, I am now believing and comfortable saying that this was a domestic terrorist. Based on what he did to our community. As a member of our community, understanding what our community went through, what they felt, [ BLANK_AUDIO ] And what his actions caused, I believe domestic terrorism is an appropriate title at this time. This is different from what I felt during the investigation, again, because during the investigation, I was very focused on putting a stop to what was happening and was not allowing the time to really sit back and analyze the impact that it's had on our community.
