## Transcript

Last January, Governor Dave Heineman signed off on a plan to send an oil pipeline straight through the Hammond family's farm. Their response? [ NOISE ] Build a $ 60, 000 solar barn in its way. But if the President gives the keystone the green light, the brand new barn, paid for entirely by donations and grants, Will either move, or be destroyed. We don't believe President Obama will ever let Trans Canada dig up the United States of America. The future of the Keystone Pipeline rests on the shoulders a lot like the Hammonds. Randy Thompson is a Nebraska land owner who will fight the pipeline in court at the end of this month.

If he wins, it's back to square one for Trans Canada. Well, I just hope that you know, the judicial system. Comes out with a good common sense and logical judgment on this. He's got his work cut out for him. Only one man in the entire country has induced an injunction in the pipeline, and he's got his issues with BOLD Nebraska. One of the groups funding the Solar Barn. They need to direct that energy into lawsuits against these people that refuse to do their job. We do have a lawyer and we do we will take every action known to man. Pipeline or no pipeline the barn will be finished by the end of this month.
