## Transcript

[ MUSIC ] Jimmy Fallon had Jessica Alba on The Tonight Show Monday, and asked her some lighthearted questions about her Honest Company beauty line. Are you working too hard? Yeah. You are? Yeah. I want you to enjoy yourself. Because it's, honestly, I'm so happy for you. Oh, thank you. But [ INAUDIBLE ]. Again, I love [ UNKNOWN ], but I love your kids. They're so cute. Jessica even brought a few samples along for Jimmy's wife. He revealed he also uses some of the company's products including it's diapers for his children, but in case you've forgotten, the Honest Company made headlines recently for its controversial sunscreen which even led to a lawsuit.

We have to admit, we were bit surprised Jimmy avoided questions about the lawsuit entirely, instead opting for a softer approach. See, the Honest Company is being sued for $ 5 million by a consumer for deceptively and misleadingly labeling its products. Plaintiff Jonathan Rubin claims some of the companies products, which are advertised as natural, contain unnatural Ingredients. He also says the company's sunscreen is ineffective. And according to reviews posted on Amazon, customers seem to agree. Some of the reviews say the sunscreen flat out doesn't work. It was like we used baby oil! We were all extremely sunburned!

Alba continues to maintain the claims against her products are baseless and without merit.
