For the first time the daughter of late actor Robin Williams is opening up publicly about her father's death. Zelda Williams sat down with NBC's Today Show and covered a range of topics regarding her late father talking about how the world saw him, his private life, and his suicide. It's not to say that people didn't know Dad. They knew a Dad that he was proud of them knowing. There's often that sort of, why did this happen? Question. I don't think there's a point. It's not important to ask because it's. It's done. Yeah. In Zelda's interview, which aired Thursday, she also called her father a private, calm, and subdued man when not in the public spotlight.

Robin Williams committed suicide August 11th last year, after reportedly suffering from depression for years. A day after Williams' death Zelda released a statement saying. part there are few things I know for certain right now, one of them is that no just my world, but the entire world is forever a little darker, less colorful and less full of laughter in his absence. Zelda also talked about the Challenge Athlete foundation, a charity Williams would often compete in triathlons for that helps provide prosthetic limbs for disabled athletes.
