I want to give you some advice. If you have the luxury of more than one job offer now or in the future, don't pick the one that pays the most. Pick the one that teaches you the most. And don't worry if the people around you seem quicker or smarter. Personally, I've always tried to surround myself With those that have higher IQs and are better trained than me. Simply how can you compete? You can out work them, no one can work more than 24 / 7 so the worst case is you're tied. The choices that you make today matter, because their consequences will grow greater and greater. That is what Einstein was getting at when he supposedly said that compound interest is the most powerful force in the universe.

This isn't just about finance or money, but it's about the idea that you'll get the best returns in life from investing your time in building durable friendships and long- lasting relationships. and while making that film, I realized that a movie could also be a mission. I hope all of you find that sense of mission. Don't turn away from what's painful. Examine it, challenge it. My job is to create a world that lasts two hours.
