## Transcript

They took the Zika funding hostage, demanded that none of the money could go to Planned Parenthood, where it's sorely needed, right in line with the crisis cuz we know the disease is sexually transmitted. They demanded cuts to the ACA, they demanded that we roll back environmental Protections, they demanded we even take more money out of Ebola, a crisis that could pop up at any moment. Then they skipped town without a single penny going to fight Zika. Remember, we've seen this movie before, this is what they do. They have this hard right group, they're afraid to buck them. The hard right group has nothing to do with what the American people want.

There supported by a few very wealthy people who fund their campaigns and they roll over things. We have an emergency, this is an emergency if there ever were an emergency, this is it. This is a really outrageous that we're gonna go on vacation while this national emergency is pending.
