## Transcript

[ MUSIC ] A heist is underway in downtown Los Angeles. The target, armored trucks. Sky Five News is reporting live from the increasingly chaotic scene. Battlefield Hardline is taking the great, only in battlefield moments that you could experience. Sandbox multiple player game play with a rock, paper, scissors mix, and then layering a new theme around it which is cops and criminals. You have the right to remain silent. When it comes to our single player campaign, one of the things that we've been really focused on delivering is an all new story that really is a departure from what you've seen in previous first person shooters.

With Hardline, what we really wanted to do is put people over plot. We're really trying to lean into this idea of TV style presentation, so you see that quick news feed that's happening at the beginning. It's telling you hey, there's a, there's a heist in progress. Quickly let's the player know what they're about to get into, and we want to make sure that each episode feels self- contained and has a nice cliffhanger for people as they head into the next episode. [ MUSIC ] [ NOISE ] One of the things that we're really excited about right now, that we just launched a beta app to our players and that beta includes a map called high tension and 2 game modes- Blood Money and Heist.

Blood Money is a symmetrical game mode where there's a giant pile of money in the middle of the map, and both factions, the SWAT team and the criminals, are trying to collect the money. On the other hand we have Heist which is kinda that typical fantasy, the criminals trying to pull off the big score, and the police are trying to stop them. Battlefield has always been about great vehicles. And Battlefield Hardline is going to continue that tradition. The police have a giant attack truck but the criminals also have something similar to it. But it's appropriately themed and painted so it makes sense for the fiction.

Suspects are moving with the package. Take them down. So one of the things is bringing new weapons to Battlefield Hardline. Things like sawed- off shotguns, tasers, gas grenades. These are things that we've seen in a lot of cool, cops and robbers films and things we've seen in other games, but it makes perfect sense for our fantasy. [ UNKNOWN ] What's really important and exciting for us, allowing people to play the game and form their opinion based on their experience. This is an opportunity for us to really prove out our pipelines, ensure we have stability for the game, and that people have a great experience when they engage with Battlefield Hardline.
