## Transcript

Today, we're gonna have some fun with Gmail. My name is Doug Aammoth and let's do this thing. Fired up Gmail, go into settings and click on the Labs tab and enable the following items. Hand responses, if you have a lot of boring predictable email conversations, hand responses can cut out a lot of fluff. We type something once, save it as a canned response then insert it in future email messages instead of typing it over and over again. Google Calendar gadget, you can view your Google Calendar right inside your Gmail. You can check out upcoming events and you can add new events, too. Perfect for anyone who uses Gmail for both personal and work messages.

Multiple inboxes can keep everything separate. You configure up to 5 custom inboxes based on labels and search terms, kind of like email bookmarks. You can create quick links to anything you commonly access in email, [ unk ] messages, individual messages, search terms, love letters. Fun fact. I use Send An Archive more than any other Labs extension. If I'm responding to a message in my inbox, I can hit Send An Archive to send my response and then it immediately clears the message out of my inbox. SMS and chat, pretext messages, full keyboard right within Gmail. Three, Undo Send, also known as the Job Saver.

Dear Jerk, drop dead twice. Oh, Undo Send lets you take back spiteful and / or incorrectly addressed messages for up to 30 seconds. If you use a tab, the browser and leave your tabs open all day long, the Unread Message icon lets you see how many messages are in your inbox even when your email tab isn't active. You already star messages but Superstars lets you categorize those messages even further with different star icons. And last but not least, the greatest extension of all time, Mail Goggles. I told you. I told you drop dead twice. Twice. You drink, have a bad temper or both, Mail Goggles forces you to do complex math problems before a message could be sent.

This is more than- this is more than keep. This goes up to 9 [ unk ] 11.
