## Transcript

I'm encouraged by the conversation that Senator Graham and I had with the President. His commitment to degrade Bashar al- Assad capabilities to deliver chemical weapons. Which would mean degrade his assets. And also increase the assistance to the free Syrian army, so that they would have a more level playing field and reverse the momentum on the battlefield. I worry a lot about a resolution that really would have no real eff -, effect in fact would even damage our credibility even more. But have no doubt a, a no vote on this resolution would have very damaging effect to United State's credibility in the World.

[ LAUGH ] Because, neither organization is gonna act to start with so you'd be waiting forever. But the credibility United States is at stake here. Not just the President. The President announced two years ago that Bashar al- Assad had to go. A year ago he said that it would be a red line if they use chemical weapons. They already did several times, and now this big use of it has put American credibility on the line.
