So you've been asked to travel for work. While the idea of an expenses paid business trip might sound awesome you should keep in mind that you aren't traveling with your buddies. Here is some tips for making sure you don't make a fool of yourself in front of your colleagues. The first thing is to stay organized don't show up right as your flight is boarding and have all your travel papers neatly together. If you look stressed just trying to get around, it doesn't reflect well on your professionalism. [ MUSIC ] You also wanna be mindful of what you're wearing. Flying in sweatpants may sound way better than your work attire, but you're gonna be pretty embarrassed if you show up and your colleagues are all in business clothes.

If you aren't sure, business casual is Was usually a pretty safe bet. And don't assume your boss has everything covered. It's not a bad idea to make sure you weren't expected to make hotel arrangements and figure out your itinerary. And if you're seated next Next to your boss on the plane, be prepared to work just in case. This is a business trip after all and you are being so you should probably board the flight with pen, paper, or a laptop ready to go.
