## Transcript

And, she's off. Pippa Middleton kicked off a 3000- mile bike ride with her younger brother, James, over the weekend, in San Diego, California. It's all part of a charity event called Race Across America. The siblings will cross 12 states in just eight days along side their friend James Mathews. The event supports the Michael Mathews Foundation which provides education to children who are unlikely otherwise to receive one. The foundation was established in James' brothers name after Michael Mathews died while descending Mount Everest in 1999. The event also benefits the British Heart Foundation, the UK's number one heart charity.

Pippa is one of the foundation's ambassadors. Pippa and the other participants will travel from San Diego all the way to Annapolis, Maryland. And in order to do that, they have to ride between 350 and 500 miles a day. And when the race is over, Pippa will raise even more money for charity by auctioning off her bike on eBay. Thanks for watching. I'm Brice Sander.
