## Transcript

[ MUSIC ] BMW's M division is performance car sector. Last year the company introduced new models of M3 and M4. Two and four door sedans with lots of power and performance. What was missing was something On the entry level if you will, and this is the pocket rocket, the entry level M2 sedan, Entry level in this case for performance car is about $ 52, 000 for the six speed manual. In some ways the M2 is your basic beast. Relatively small body, relatively large engine Engine. 360 horsepower V6 inline with a turbocharger. It gets only about 20 miles to the gallon, all in you're paying for high- test gasoline too.

In terms of basics, the interior's about the same. [ MUSIC ] This is not a car for playing with gadgets and devices, it's very clean, you don't see a big digital screen, there's not a lot of touch stuff you can do. If you wanna do that, get an electric car. If you wanna drive something, you get this. This is the six speed manual transmission. Goes from zero to 60 in about 4. 2 seconds. It's extremely smooth. If you like the stick, you're gonna love this thing. You've got several settings here, Comfort, Sport, and Sport +. What Sport + does is remove the stability control, so it's more about racing Again, you don't have to go through five different control settings to get the one you want, although you can customize it if you'd like.

This is a car you can drive very hard, you can hear the road, feel the vibrations, and with an engine like this This is gonna make some very lovely music. [ SOUND ]
