In honor of the fifth anniversary of her, " Let's Move" campaign, First Lady Michelle Obama asked Conan O'Brien to give her five chin- ups. And he totally nailed it, with a little help from a friend, of course. Let's do it! One, two, three, four ,. Oh my, YEAH! That's it, that's it! [ APPLAUSE ] That's right, Conan got fellow funnyman Kevin Hart to help him out with that strenuous exercise. Because as Mrs. Obama noted in her # GimmeFive challenges ,. Video request to Conan earlier that day. I haven't noticed much muscle on those arms. The first lady began the hashtag # GimmeFive challenge in late February by asking Americans to take a video with five reasons they have to stay healthy.

For example, they can eat 5 new veggies or do 5 jumping jacks or push ups. Or find a way to work 5 new healthy habits into their daily routine. And Conan wasn't the first celebrity to give Mrs. Obama 5. Ryan Seacrest took on the challenge by doing 5 burpees. And even Beyonce did her part to support it by working out in what looks like her home. Conan, buddy, looks like you might need to step up your game. We don't want you disappointing the first lady after all.
