## Transcript

Dylan Roof, who was arrested last month after opening fire at a historic black church in South Carolina, has been indited on three new charges of attempted murder. Those new state charges are being presented for three survivors who were in the room where shots were fired. Roof also faces nine murder charges for each of the people he allegedly killed and one count of weapons possession. The church's reverend, Clement Pinckney, who was also a state senator, was a victim in the shooting. The shooting in connection with Roof's adoration for the Confederate flag has prompted some change in South Carolina.

The flag could soon be removed from the Capitol grounds, but these court proceedings are far from over.
