## Transcript

[ MUSIC ] I'm on the streets of New York and I'm asking people how they balance their work life and their home life. I guess the extent of that would be moving here and moving away from my family, moving away from friends that I've been around my entire life. This was a big step here. It's pretty much when you come over from over there and try to make it over here, you got to push it hard. I never let it get to me. I keep that under control. It's all stress management. That's the way it's supposed to be I guess. It does help I'm at a smaller company .

>> Once I clock out, I'm done for the day .

>> You interact with them more on a one to one basis so they do care about you a little bit more sometimes .

>> Has your job ever overtaken your life ?

>> All the time .

>> And how do you deal with that ?

>> I go on long vacations .

>> I work hard. I play hard. That's the balance. The time they're in school, that's the time I'm working. When they're off of school, then it's all for them. I put in pretty heavy hours but I do so with the idea that if I put in heavier hours now, it allows me to work less hours in the future.
