## Transcript

In a move only a true diva could pull off, Beyonce quietly released her fifth studio album early Friday morning without any promotion before hand, but the response, not so quiet. Fans and critics were shocked when the self- titled albums suddenly appeared on iTunes just after midnight. And the internet almost exploded figuratively of course. Even Apple couldn't handle the queen bee whirlwind. iTunes temporarily crashed early Friday morning as fans rushed to download the new album. The singer followed the sneaky release with a video announcement on Facebook explaining why she decided not to promote the album beforehand.

>> I don't want anybody to give the message when my record is coming out. I just want this to come out when it's ready and from me to my fans.

>> And according to an Instagram video posted soon after her newest collection has been dubbed a visual album. Translation, all 14 tracks are accompanied by a music video. You heard right. Beyonce and her team somehow managed to write and produce 14 songs and filmed 14 music videos to go with them without any one catching on. According to early reviews the album since to focus a lot of its attention on sex. The Guardian notes it's all over it, the atmospheric thump of the Crazy in Love sequel Drunk in Love, which features JC seemingly ignoring the pair's current vegan diet as he raps about how he likes Beyonce's breasts for breakfast.

Interesting, but fans have been expressing their love for the new music on Twitter with some calling the album a very well put together piece of art and now we can all expect that surprise personal visit to each fan's home, right? Right? For Time, I'm Cliff Judy.
