## Transcript

My name Sierra mean, stop the rain. And my language is the word. For the outer layer of the Earth is the same as the word for our skin meaning when you hurt Mother Earth. So actually hurting yourself language is something dismiss communities have so much knowledge and wisdom within them that we often ignore because we are so focused on this project and dinner. And what our ancestors have been learning in. I remember the first time I learned what a seed was and how it worked and how it's blue and how some seats have this kind of went with them and then went to splice them away. I didn't think of what is needed for an apple to grow the sunshine.

The water coming from the tree. All of the thousands of interactions that need to be possible for that apple to be who it is. And I think that is us today fruits of thousands and thousands Celebrating. Celebration, south sense of those who were here before us, who made it possible for us to be here. And we're celebrating that the world is interconnected. The things that we do. He actually has to take our, what are going to save the world? I'm so that is how I choose to walk my path knowing that I'm an architect of the future honoring my ancestors, as well as future Generations. Today, I want to toast Mother Earth because every breath that we have taken everybody, every single step we always have this beautiful world.

And I want to share with you beautiful saying that says we don't inherit the land of our ancestors. We borrow it from our children. So what are we doing today to make sure that the squirrel can be hunted down with pride with love? I know that feeling that we were here and we have comes with something greater than ourselves to Mother Earth. Thank you.
