If your travel rewards credit cards have been sitting in the back of your sock drawer for more than a year, you’re not alone. But that doesn’t mean there isn’t still plenty of value to be had from them — even from those that carry yearly membership fees.

That’s the case with some money-saving offers from American Express on co-branded airline and hotel credit cards. Those cards, branded with the Delta Air Lines, Hilton and Marriott logos, are aimed squarely at people who travel often, or would like to. That is why Amex has rethought the benefits it offers on those cards: instead of perks like airline lounge access or bonus hotel loyalty points, the cards now focus on providing value for services we all use while staying at home.

Those new American Express benefits are designed to help you save money on dining and wireless purchases. All of these statement credits are Amex Offers, meaning you’ll have to sign into your account, add the offer or offers to your card and use that card on eligible purchases. Let’s take a closer look.
