By integrating DAFpay into their donation forms (next to Venmo, Apple Pay, and other options), nonprofits turn what had been an onerous online experience with multiple redirects into a three-click process. The friction-free option has proved “transformative” for many charities, says Mitch Stein, Chariot’s head of strategy. Blood Cancer United raised $3 million through DAFpay, a big uptick in DAF donations, since installing it in January. More than 100,000 nonprofits now use the service.
