A 600-by-600 pixel display on the right lens can field texts and calls without pulling out your phone. The unique electromyography (EMG) wristband receives electrical signals from the twitches in forearm muscles, letting users pinch and pull windows and tap out messages innocuously. The Neural Band lasts 18 hours between charges; the glasses—prescription or non—last six. It feels a world away from where the technology was just a few years ago.
