Nékojita—which is Japanese for “cat tongue” and a reference to temperature-sensitive palates—can be set to a constant blow or random intervals, bringing a steaming hot mug to a drinkable temperature in just three minutes. CEO Shunsuke Aoki says the device is designed for parents with young children to reduce “the burden of constantly blowing on food.” Nékojita FuFu has shipped to over 5,000 customers worldwide.
