It’s a backup battery that can wirelessly recharge phones (and other devices via a retractable cable and USB port). And it’s a content creation tool, mimicking the shape of an old-school camera to make it easier to point and shoot, and with a big Bluetooth-enabled shutter button. It’s made for content creators on the go, says Belkin’s Logan Olson, and it turns out that’s “a large segment of people.” The Powergrip can also function as a phone stand and is tripod-compatible.
